Indafrica has a reputation for offering some of the most engaging and insightful travel experiences in the Indian Subcontinent.
Many of our itineraries marry a slower pace or more in-depth style of travel with learning and sustainability.
Indafrica Travel Marketing is the NZ representative for India Cycle Trails, who share Indafrica’s owner Natasha Sinclair’s passion of local experiences and interactive holidays.
India: Fabric Food & Fabulous
From time to time Natasha invites travellers to join her on her travels and in October 2016, up to 10 ladies can join her on a very special itinerary that will have you creating your own block print fabrics and tribal Warli artwork, sampling a variety of regional cuisines and attending the Durga Puja festival. This is a Golden Triangle + Mumbai tour with a difference!
India By Bike
There is nothing quite like exploring a country by bike. You delve into the fabric of life of the areas visiting in a completely different way – experiencing those little things that you miss when you travel by plane, trains or auto-mobiles. Cycle in India does not have to be scary, most routes stick to quiet roads and paths and if you can cycle the Otago Central Rail Trail in New Zealand, cycling in India is very achievable – especially in Rajasthan, the Konkan Coast and South India. Of course for those looking for more of challenge we can oblige too with cycle tours in the North East, Ladakh, Uttarakhand and Himachal – contact us to talk about these options.

People are motivated to travel to India for many reasons, history, architecture, food, culture or even spiritual enlightenment or rejuvenation. Whatever your motivation what we DON’T offer are:

- Special and meaningful experiences that you won’t find in your run-of-the-mill travel brochure.
- Offer an excellent range of accommodation options, from fabulous hospitality at a local homestay, stays in heritage properties & palaces, ecolodges, river cruising and of course quality hotels from 3 to 5 stars.
